Samantha Weber MSN, RN, ANP-BC
Owner/Nurse Practitioner
Samantha is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in the medical field. She completed her bachelor of nursing at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut in 2008. Then, she went on to complete her Adult and Aged Nurse Practitioner degree at Rutgers University in New Jersey in 2012 and received her certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
During Samantha's career, she spent a number of years working with organ transplant and oncology patients. While her children were small, she decided to pursue her passion of aesthetic medicine and has never looked back. She has extensive training in aesthetics from Galderma, Allergan, Academy for Injection Anatomy, Empire Medical Training and has worked in some of the top practices in the area. Samantha loves to learn and plans to continue to further her education in order to provide the most cutting edge, safe and individualized care to meet the needs of each patient.
Melissa Baldo-Messina
Front Desk Coordinator
Melissa is the first friendly face that clients see when they walk through the doors. She takes pride in making sure every client feels welcomed and valued.
Before joining Sublyme, Melissa worked as an Account Executive for a third-party logistics company servicing the cosmetics, health and beauty, and fragrance industries. That experience gave her a deep appreciation for the beauty and wellness world, and she’s excited to bring that passion to Sublyme.
A true people person, Melissa thrives on building connections and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Outside of work, she enjoys running, doing Pilates, and embracing an active and balanced lifestyle. She is happily married and loves spoiling her sweet cat, Marten.

Lori Hager MSN, RN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Lori Hager is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience and over a decade in advanced practice. She earned her degree from Rutgers University and brings a strong background in urgent care and hospital-based medicine to her work in aesthetics. Her approach is rooted in patient safety, evidence-based care, and natural-looking results.

After years of sun exposure and seeing its effects on her own skin, Lori developed a personal interest in skin health and aging. This experience led her to aesthetics, where she focuses on subtle, refined treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing long-term skin integrity.

In addition to aesthetics, Lori also practices longevity-focused medicine, taking a comprehensive approach to health, prevention, and aging. Her goal is to help patients not only look refreshed, but also support their overall wellness and vitality from the inside out.
